Come iscriversi:L’iscrizione all’associazione, per le famiglie che intendono ospitare a pranzo o a cena i nostri turisti, è pari ad una quota annuale di € 50,00, con cui si acquisirà il titolo di “socio sostenitore” (ospitante) e relativa tessera.
Con l’iscrizione, inoltre, si avrà diritto ad entrare nel circuito turistico dell’associazione che, attraverso il proprio sito web, blog, convenzioni con agenzie di viaggio locali e straniere, veicolerà i turisti che ne faranno richiesta, verso le diverse famiglie ospitanti, dislocate in tutte le zone del Salento.
Il Comitato Direttivo concorderà con la famiglia che chiede di divenire socio sostenitore (ospitante) un percorso che miri a valutare le capacità culinarie del richiedente, la collocazione geografica della casa (mare, campagna, centri storici), i posti a tavola disponibili ed ogni altro fattore utile a favorire l’incontro tra il nostro territorio e chi lo visita.
Ai turisti che ne faranno richiesta, sarà rilasciata gratuitamente la tessera di “socio ordinario” (fruitore).
Il possesso di tale tessera darà diritto di usufruire del circuito familiare dei “soci sostenitori”: andare a pranzo o a cena in una casa ospitante, dietro versamento di una libera offerta alla cuoca.
